Twin Hills Apple Blossom Educational Foundation

The Twin Hills Apple Blossom Educational Foundation (THABEF) welcomes you to the 2022/2023 school year.  The foundation is an all-volunteer parent group that raises money to supplement our children's education through enrichment programs and elective classes provided at both Apple Blossom and Twin Hills Middle School.  Last year we helped to fund programs including Art, Music, and Garden at Apple Blossom and the Culinary Arts program for the 6^th grade, Cameras for the photography class, and an end of year assembly at Twin Hills.  We are starting this school year by sponsoring the Drama group at Twins Hills, which will be open to all Twin Hills students and upper grades at Apple Blossom.

In order to do this, we ask for an annual donation from families of $180 per child in the district (just $1 /day).  This is not required but strongly encouraged and can be made all at once or monthly. Any amount helps!  Our goal is to have 100% family participation in support of our fundraising programs.  We hold multiple fundraisers throughout the year, including the Halloween Carnival, Movie and Dance nights, tile nights, and a spring event and auction.  Please look out for volunteer opportunities to help run these events.

The foundation is an all-volunteer parent group that raises money to supplement our children's education through enrichment programs provided at both Apple Blossom and Twin Hills Middle School.  In past years we have helped to fund programs including Art, Music, Garden, and Zumba at Apple Blossom and Art, Music, Spanish, and Culinary Arts at Twin Hills.  In addition, as funds allow, the foundation helps support our 5th graders trip to PEEC (Pacific Environmental Conservation Center) and we also supply teacher grants for specific items requested.  These grants have included overhead cameras in all grade 1-8 classrooms, listening centers for kindergarten, musical instruments, classroom sets of novels, video cameras, iPads, Chromebooks, playground equipment and much, much more!
